Does it happen the same way with the default map like this?

I have the same problem but have experienced it with the built-in maps AND eq2map. The last time the server crashed it "fixed" itself for one play session before messing up again.

If it bothers you a lot you can camp to the same character to fix it.

That hasn't worked for me but now that I have eq2map working it doesn't matter much; click on the POI that's in the wrong place and eq2map puts an X on the right place and sets your waypoint to there.

Unhappy Same Problem - "Standarc Icons" in wrong place

I Have the same problem... all the PoIs seem to be right except the "standard icons". They are all in wrong spot... seems to mostly be in large maps like Antonica, CL etc. When I click on them the X is in the right spot... but I am still anoyed that the icons are in the wrong place. I can fix it if I re-download all of the icons but it is only a temp fix. Please help! It is very frustrating!

We cannot do anything about it, you need to /bug it to get SOE to fix it.

It happens if you resize your map to anything but the default size before zoning for the first time into any of these zones: Ant, CL, TS, EL, Nek, Zek, EF, Feerrott, and the three KoS realms.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.

Thank you for the reply. I also found some info in the thread "Misaligned Points of Interest" http://www.eq2interface.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=10123. Sorry I didn't notice it earlier.
