Problem with Thor UI - setup of several toons

I'm using Thor UI and have 7 toons, I get my main all set up just the way i want it and then load then next one. The thor screen pops up asking which ui i want, i select the toon that i have set up and then thor loads the same basic one, with parts scatered all over screen. Is there a way to fix this or do i have to do a setup on each toon. i have 14 toons on 2 accounts and this will be a major hassel. Thanks for any help.
