Bag-Mod: All-in-One Bag (and Bank)

Hi!
First: I am looking for a bag mod which

1. puts all bag slots into one big bag
2. closes the whole window by pressing ESC
3. with the default skin around the bag (maybe 2 versions: one with and one without the skin)

Second: I am also looking for a bank mod with the same features (like the guild bank).

Is somebody able to create these mods?
