Removal of UI's

This is probably out there somewhere but just couldn't seem to find it. I installed a UI and I do not care for it. I removed it, hit the reset to default buttons on the options menu and much of it still remains..(i.e. the chat window doesn't seem to work right). Is there a way to force it to redo all the seeting at once. (to those who play wow I am looking to some akin to deleting your WTF folder and your interface folder so that when you log in BLIZ resets you to a basic UI).
