Missing UI windows, PLS HELP!

Hi, need some help pls....I downloaded "Fetish UI 6.5" I love it, I had trouble getting one the windows to move in it and I looked at the UI in EQ2 and hit "defaul windows location" the following UI windows listed below went to the top of the screen with spell icon bars...I got the spell icon bars to come down but I'm missing the rest. I have tried toggling them down but they are beyond my screen parameters....what can I do?

I'm missing: Pet window, quest helper window, and the large + window.
