Help with EliteUI

I installed the EliteUI and the EQ2Maps and I cannot get ANY maps to come up. Not even the default game maps.

Also the command Center disappeared.

I have all the l;atest Microsoft patches and updates to include all the .net ones. Any ideas?

I tried uninstalling EQ2Maps and reinstalling, then rebooted. Still no maps at all
