Need help in customizing Splash screen

Is there a way to add your own graphics to the splash screen to replace the Dell and NVIDIA advertisements? I see programs removing them and replacing the Dell, but I would like to replace all three with something else like the guild name and server. I would really appreciate anyones help here.
