Problems with my own custom mod

I Modded an existing Mod Called TKing Celtic Player Window.

I got Rid of the EXP bars Cause I use Humudce's Double EXP Bars,
I Added Avoidance And Mitigation where the old exp bars were.
And I centered Attack Value more centered to the position they are in (they were to the left of that position)

Problems i can't seem to correct Are as follows:

1) I lost some how the color tab that goes into the Concentration spots if you mouse over the area it still tells you what concentrations you have up but you can't see it at a glance.

2) I have somehow lost the frame around the whole thing.

Can ANYONE please fix these problems. I am attaching a zip of the file.
