Target & Implied Target Windows Request

I'm not sure if this is possible or not. I love the graphics of the new Target System, but not how you can't directly tell if it's 1 up or 2 up, 1 down, 2 down, etc... Is there any way to add / enable those arrows (and some Health 'n Power numbers %s) into the new Target system?

I've seem some really nice mods for this new system, but nothing that's close to default that can allow the distinction like the older system with arrows does.

Not like I can't use the old system or anything, but the graphics... oh the graphics, hehe. I also like it showing me the mob level attached to the mob's name. That's valuable information, for me at least.
