A nice "casting" window?

I would like to have a nice new "casting" window. That one coming up when you use a skill or harvesting.

And that one when you are underwater.

I want it to fit in with Fenix Arcane series.

I can look at the fenix mod's and see what kinda stuff I can mix up. I wont garauntee anything though

edit: WOW. Bleh! I just looked at the screenshot. whew. MAAAYBE I won't be able to do something like this after all

I use the Fenix Arcane also and the Arcane Orbs are a perfect fit as they use the T. King graphic for the casting meter (and you can pick what color you want it to be.
