POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
Withered Lands
Hexapola should again be perma-stunned and no longer melee.
Honvar?s conical breath attack will now be able to select the main tank as a possible target.
Honvar?s conical breath weapon was renamed to Bitefrost Breath, as it is a cold-based ability.

Skyshrine
Heroic content should now be awarding achievements!
Direclaw dominator's health should now be lowered to a more reasonable level for the following zones:
Lyceum of Recondite [Challenge]
Dracur Prime: Vyskudra the Ancient


ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT
Assassin
Death Mark is now harder for targets to resist.

Fury
Alacrity Mastery is now correctly passive.

Defiler
Defiled Alacrity now correctly reads that Carrion Warding applies the effect.
Empowered Barrier now displays in the maintained window and should trigger more reliably.


REFORGING
Fixed an issue with the costing of the MA stat as it relates to reforging.


QUESTS
Withered Lands
Armsmaster Veyx should respond properly now.
Handler Shirsha should respond properly now.
Ritual Sacrifice should update properly now.
Virulid Acid should be removed from inventory on the quest Some Good From This.

Skyshrine: The City of Dracur
Actuation Scroll Acquisition: a Draconic Gate Caller has been buffed for battle.
Actuation Scroll Acquisition: Quest journal now points out that ?Jorlak's Chrono Periapt can return me to my time.?
Dabbling in Draconic Alchemy: Using Jorlak's Chrono Periapt to travel to the past now updates the quest for the entire group.
Dabbling in Draconic Alchemy: The Flawless Drakiz Gem, Ground Ancient Drakiz Shell, and Undying Drakiz Blood respawn much faster now!
