Can't open the quest journal

When I press "J" or try to acces to my quest journal by the "eq" option I still get some message telling me that my client isn't compatible witht he quets journal so I have to reload the original UI if I want to use my quest journal.

I use vista 32bit

you need to run the auto updater and update your files. That message is from using an outdated UI
