Fetish Bars

Is there still a way to use the simple Fetish health and mana bars in the UI? I don't care for the metered bars, but the process of renaming the _simple_fetish_bars.dds file and moving it from the images directory to the primary UI directory no longer seems to work. I don't see any .dds files in the main UI directory at all.
