Further assistance for group icon problem

This morning I d/l v11.3 and instead of installing it over the old version I did a complete new install. Just like everyone else I was having the group icon problem with the map. After a fresh install the problem was still present. On a lark I tried the patch released just prior to v11.3 to see if that would help. I'd read 11.3 was already incorporating it but hey lets try anyway. Still have the same problem.

The only thing I haven't reinstalled is EQ2Maps.
