Add button for collections window

For a while I've noticed the Add button for collections would often be partially outside the window. I didn't say anything because it was a purely cosmetic problem. However today the button is completely off the window and therefore cannot be clicked to add something to a collection. Is there some way of fixing this or at least a temporary workaround that doesn't involve the default UI? :P
