Connection meter and persona strip

Both of these used to always show up by default but since the patch I have to manually bring them up each time. Is there a line I need to change or something so that these two windows will always come up automatically?

I have noticed some issues with various windows not properly saving some settings. I suspect this has to do with the new XML settings file.

Nothing concerning that window was changed in Fetish.

Okay it's no big deal, may have been something I did wrong as well. My UI folder is a big mess right now hehe. Thanks for the response though.
