Guild Hall Mail BOx

I can't see the mail box but other guild members can non of them have the profit UI interface. So not sure where the problem is located

I have profit UI and my guild bought a mail box yesterday and I could see and use it just fine. It's not a small mailbox, it's the blueish round ones with blue flame on top, i think they are the ones that are in Kunark.
