Default Hotbars to match numpad

I've been looking for some sort of mod out there that converts hotbars into an order compatible with the numpad.

For example, when I array a hotbar into a 4x3 grid the "1" is in the top left corner, and I would like the "7" to be there instead.

I'd be happy to leave the "0" "-" and "=" buttons blank or empty. I don't expect you guys can rewire a hotbar completely, but I was wondering if you could change the order a little bit.

So if you could rearrange

1 2 3
4 5 6
7 8 9
0 - =

to

7 8 9
4 5 6
1 2 3
(Putting the last 3 wherever its convient; top or bottom, it doesn't matter to me)

Is this possible?

I hate having to do my spells in a line 1 to = because its easy to make a mistake hitting the wrong number. If I could rearrange them in a numpad format it would reduce my mistakes significantly.

Simple enough to do.

When in game, change the keybinds for your primary hotbar so that they're like this:

123
456
789
0-=

to (all on the numpad)

/*-
789
456
123

IE, 1 would become numpad /.

Then you can have binds for both 1 to = on the top of the main keyboard and also the layout you like on then numpad.
