Missaligned Bag Windows After Install

I've read though all the FAQ's and suggestions, as well as followed all download and install instructions. After loading into the game, all of the numbers for items in bags are off. I do not use any other UI mods at all, just the map download. The numbers for stacked items are down and to the right of the actuall item, stacked items in the bottom rows numbers are compleatly off the bag and you cannot see them. If I extend the window far enough, I can see the numbers, but it will not allow me to resize the window. Items on the top row have their numbers nearly in the middle of the item under and to the right of them. Again, I use NO other UI mods at all, so nothing can be conflicting... Any Suggestions?

I didn't, I created the .ini like the instructions said.

Then you are the first person ever to experience what you did without using that command,and I know of know other conceivable cause, so can't help you there.
