Upload of old default experince bar

Is it OK to upload the old default experience bar without modifying it? I don't want to take credit for any work, it will be clearly stated that this is not my work but SOE's. I'm not sure if it against the following rule, but some people ask for it and this site should be the place to host it.

# files that were not modified are included in the zip creating waste. Only submit the files you modified with no default files.

No problem in uploading the old file (if it still works). That rule is not there to prevent uploads such as this, don't worry.
