Chat bar misplaced?

Just installed the Fetish UI and when I am ingame, I notice that the chat line is up in the middle of the chat window, so when I'm typing something it shows up in amongst the other text in the window, rather than at the very bottom as in the default UI.

Is there some way to fix this?

If that's not what you mean by "the middle of the chat window," then a screenshot of the issue might be handy.
