Tooltips

The ost annoying thing to me is the tooltip window attached to the cursur. Has/can anyone make it so its a seperate window off to the side?

IIRC, there is an option in the Tooltips section of the Options>User Interface window that you can use to force it to always go to the same spot rather than following your mouse around.

Can you be more specific? I jsut looked and I dont see that option.

I don't think there's an option for it, not 100% though.

This may be the case, I might have been thinking of Vanguard.
