Class Ability bar?

I have this little idea, and I was wondering if you guys would like to implement it in your UI. Most every class has some sort of ability that is either shared by all other class, such as the Call to Guild Hall and the call to there home city. Other Classes all share the same ability such as scouts Escape, track and pathfinding, and fighters all have that rescue. Anyways, here is my idea, and I would love to see this.

Why waste a hot bar on those abilities and just make a bar that you could set up for each class that has there set of commonly used spells/abilities. Such as scouts could have a bar that has all there stealths, pathfinding, tracking, escape, etc etc... where as fighter bar could have all the things useful to a fighter. See I was thinking it wouldn't be hard to program one up based on the already existing button bar for the eq2 menu, raid window and stuff... Of course I could let you go from there and let you come up with something totally awesome if you want. Btw, great job on the current UI.

I dunno if you guys get what i mean, but I hope you do, anyways, please dont hesitate to ask...

Nice Idea, tho I think having the same skills all on one hotbar may not suit everyone as for instance you said all fighters use rescue but I think and from my GF view who has a fighter she puts her skills in a certain order so having rescue some place else would not run smoothly,but having all non-combat skills in one separate window would be handy as this does save a hotbar ,again my GF she has all 10 hotbars full of icons and needs more lol(woman never have enough).
