Implied Target Missing

Hello,

I downloaded a Target/Implied target window today and while the target window is there, the Implied target window is missing. Also the Health and power bars are clear, not colored green and blue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Implied Target window only shows up when you have an implied target while in a group. There are other means to get it to show, but that is besides the point.
