New install

After the install, it says that the Window Manager file is missing. How do I fix this? Thanks!

Check for updates again and it should be listed for download. If it fails again, you may need to suspend your firewall or antivirus app temporarily.

I'm having problems with the disappearing titles. When I click on the button in the character window, the window manager bag settings come up, but there's no titlebar option box. Also, it doesn't seem that naming the first bag TB Modes does anything, as I'm not getting the button in the bottom left of the bag. Also, when I set the transmute checkbox in the bag window manager, it doesn't stay set, even though I have hit the save button.
