darqui unified installation problem

Hi I have recently upgraded my computer. When I tried to install the darqui unified I get the error "could not download" during the file update process as shown in the image.
I am using windows 10 pro 64bit.
I tried the following:
*using alternate download
*disabling windows defender
*run as administrator
*run in compatibility mode

Pls help
