Zone Window: show time until resettable

From what I can tell, reset time is calculated at the server only when you hover over the button. For the game designers this is probably preferable to tracking timers on the client. I could not find any UI elements that are actively monitoring zone reset timers -- it appears to be only on the button tooltip. If it is indeed the server calculating reset times, then I suspect showing them one at a time is to conserve bandwidth or framerate.
