Connection Statistics Window

Does anyone know how to make the connection statistics window not pop up on login by default? Everytime I log in I have to hit F11 to make it go away.

I noticed this happened to me, but then it stopped... it may just because I zoned, or camped to another character after closing it. I think I closed it, re-opened it, closed it, zoned, camped to another character...

not sure.

I switch characters quite often and always close it right away. Then camp to another character and repeat. And still it pops up every single time.

Try putting it where you want, then using the /save_uisettings command to force a save.
