Advanced UI Cleared hotkeys?

Hey all. Just switched to DarqUI after coming back and loving it. One thing that just stabbed me in the heart is that I got a prompt asking if I want to use advanced ui, so I said OK and all my hotkeys are cleared. Is this normal? Were they backed up anywhere? I am freaking out! Help
