Group Window Quick Cast Buttons

I've found how to make most of the changes I wanted to the group window, but the one that eludes me is how to make the quick cast buttons permanently visible instead of being in stealth mode until I mouse over them.

Is it possible to make them visible all the time? If so, could someone point me to the process?
