Quest Helper window has some sort of box in it

There appears to be an invisible rectangle from the bottom frame->up in the quest helper window. When normally sized it obscures half the information in the window. I have to stretch the window overly large in order to view any information in that window. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it correctable?

I think certain quests will bug the quest helper window like this. Try camping to another character or restarting the game. I used to see this pretty often with some quests. If you remember which quest causes this you may want to put it in a /bug report for SOE.
