Show/Hide Fog missing

Is there a fix for the issue where the checkbox for showing/hiding fog on the map is missing? Closing and re-opening the map has no effect for me, but occasionally zoning will fix the issue temporarily.

I found a file in a thread in the EQ2Map forum that fixed the issue for me.

Replace the file in \UI\ProfitUI\eq2map\ folder

EQ2MAP is no part of ProfitUI, and the Show/Hide Fog Checkbox for any zone is not part of EQ2MAP either, but only a plugin thereto: HideAnyFog

So nothing that needs fixing in ProfitUI.
