Arcane 3X Target Bar HOTT Ready

Finally the Arcane Target Bar is complete. I have been slackin a little.
GRAFX BY - T.KING

It's HOTT ready and displays your HP. Tanks will love it, even more after HOTT is implimented.
The orbs will eventually display the /con color once I figure that out.

It's an EQ1 term that I hope catches on in EQ2.

Its currently not in the game yet, but if you read the furms there was a dev post saying that the list we asked for (including HOTT) is being taken to the devs to be looked over and "possibly" implimented.

This feature I am almost sure will be in teh game, its a very usefull item.

I'm sure if they put it in, it will be through some kind of leadership thing only.

My arcane target isnt working right. Not properly showing implied target and will always show myself. Also wont tell me if ^^ or ^ or even solo. always says grp. Here this is what it looks like.

I had Fetish installed previously so i still have an implied target. But solo that window dosnt pop making this a big prob. I tried runing only the Arcane target and have same problem so i kno its not b/c i had fetish installed. Any suggestions?
