Help with installing EQ2MAP Manual

I'm having issues installing both a new UI as well as the map updater. I just returned to EQ2 after over a year. On the new digital install none of the old folders I remember being in the directory are there anymore. i.e. the UI folder. I'm not really sure where to unzip everything to. I suppose I could delete the entire program and try finding some old discs. Just seems a shame since it'll take forever DLing all the rest again.
