Launcher and persona windows gone

OK, I tried to install an auto attack mod. Finally got it to work, but then I lost my persona (?) bar and the launcher window. The bar is the one with all the stats on it, and the launcher is the one that opens when you click the L on the Xp bar. I completely deleted everything from my UI folder and reinstalled from scratch, but it still won't open. Help please.
