Thats because it was test and test copy and the fetish ui has a modified create character window. Best thing to do is check this site for what files have been modified normally posted under test notes or game update notes in the secion titled UI then if its test its bound to change but you can always just rename or delete the single file.

so by the time teh update hits live I should be able to start a toon on my live server?
