Separate Pet windows

Hmm... I'd play with this if the servers were up but for now...

I think this could be done by leaving the buttons in the default window and making a new window with health and power info via DynamicData.

If that fails, I'm guessing the entire window could be duped into another parent page and still be fully functional.

Show_window commands/buttons would need to be added to the default Pet window for displaying the new one
