Besides that. RaidAbilitiesEditor does not seem to work for me on Win7 64 bit.

Re: your first point: That should be fixed with Today's hotfix (or if not, a hotfix coming Soon <tm>).

Not sure about your second point, what kind of errors is it giving you? Try running as an admin.
