If you used my patch, you got a threat meter that does not have the autoattack bars like Fetish.

If you see the threat meter with no crossed swords graphic on it, that is most likely from the Fetish patch I posted.

Either replace the entire folder with the latest FetishNightFall 11.0 install or grab the eq2ui_mainHUD_threat.xml file from that zip and replace the current file to get back your bars.
