/show_window MainHUD.Casting should do the trick.

If not, delete eq2_recent.ini in your EQ2 folder.

If THAT doesn't work, rename (yourserver)_(character)_eq2_uisettings.ini to something else or just delete it. Then load the game and experience the joy of re-arranging all your windows from scratch.
