Looking for press enter zone selecter

I recently got a new desktop and went from XP to Vista, and re-did my UI mods (I've always saved the ones I used so I would know what I used). I thought I was using Laff's quick zone but every press enter eq2ui_popup_zoneteleporter.xml I have tried is not doing what it used to.

The feature it is missing:
it used to change zone select with up and down arrows to pick where I wanted to go.

Anyone know what I was using?
