If I recall, we don't actually have that information available to us. We use the dynamic data that SOE provides. For target health and target power, we only get sent a %.

The only way to know how much health a mob has is to parse a fight, and even then it's still only an educated guess. Even if you had that number, there's no good way to insert it into the UI.
