Whenever you see this, it means that the ZoneRect for that map is likely wrong.

There a couple stickies that tell you how to calculate the ZoneRect, and then you can manually modify the map files to use that one, but if you use the autoupdater it will overwrite it so back them up.

I've noticed too that there are quite a few zones with awful ZoneRects, but generally by the time I log out I've forgotten about it... and hopefully it will be a non-issue after the map is revamped.
