Quick and dirty way would be to simply edit your eq2.ini file and change the name name of the UI it references to default.
If you open it it will look something like this: cl_ui_skinname ProfitUI cl_ui_subdir UI/ Change the cl_ui_skinname from 'ProfitUI' (or whatever your using) to 'default'. EDIT: Ah... nm... see I crossposted on a couple others. For some reason I was thinking eq2.ini needed to be there poiting at something. Learn something new everyday. heh
