The first rule of thumb I stuck by (and I think Faetyl also lives by) when troubleshooting ThorUI is to delete the thorui folder from your EQ2/UI directory and pull a fresh set of files.

I don't know how long of a break you've taken (going on 14 months for me ), but perhaps the files you have are outdated and need to be replaced with newer ones.
