If you don't want to upgrade completely you will in the least either need to manually edit the file or replace that particular file with the v9 updated one.

Download FetishNightfall v9.0 & Extract the eq2ui_mainhud_zonereuse.xml into your EverQuest II\UI\FetishNightfall directory. Select Yes to Overwrite and that's it.

EDIT: or simply delete that particular file from the FetishNightfall directory and the game will use the default version.
