Offpeak Players and SPAM flooding

Seems like the Community search step is superfluous...when I get a spam /tell, I just hit "R" to reply, replace "/tell" with "/report," then add a short note after the character name to the effect of "plat seller" or some such. Takes me about 3 seconds, tops.
