Extra Icons for New Macro System

I have not tried the above method yet.

I did try the 2nd method.
It works well..

except the new timer system that fades the partial icon and shows like a timer for the spell via the shaded in icon... the new icons i choose from the eamine window dont do that. so when i make spell combinations.. I have no timer macro. I have to just guess on when the timer is up


does the 1st method allow the timer/shaded icons to work?
