need help

I get this error message in my ui file now when I try to dl the new files. What do I need to do?

Couldn't load .xml
:: Could not access resource eq2map/under_exp03_dun_kaladim.xml
:: Failed to load data from included resource: eq2map/under_exp03_dun_kaladim.xml
Encountered data outside of container tags
