If you've installed 8.2 and deleted eq2u_popup_acheavementmerchant.xml from your Fetish directory, the default window should be loading when you click the merchant. Zero chance that window is defective.

The only reason I can think of that you'd have issues here is if for some reason you are missing the include for that window in the first place. Double-check that eq2ui_popup.xml actually has an include for eq2u_popup_acheavementmerchant.xml.

This window was a recent addition, so if you didn't update eq2ui_popup.xml with the version from 8.2 or replaced it with one from another mod, you're going to have problems.
